	Lutz Hartmann is a senior instructor for Oracle University specializing in Oracle training for DBAs and developers. 	V.J. Jain is an Oracle Database and Applications consultant with over 12 years of experience in database and ERP systems. He specializes in database performance, development, interfaces and high-performance solutions.
